We absolutely loved our stay here! Dawn's house accommodated our volleyball players and their moms -- and the kitchen was amazing with LOTs of counter space, for all the snacks and sports drinks we had to bring! Location was perfect for our needs, and our girls absolutely loved the extras (bikes, kayaks, table tennis and air hockey)!

This was a great place to hold a family vacation. There were 14 of us. We had children ranging from 8 weeks to 12 years old. There was something to do for everyone, plenty of places to sleep, adequate bathroom facilities and a spacious kitchen-living room area. The outside is as beautiful as the inside of the facility. My grandkids enjoyed the "playground" as one of them called the outdoor play area. It was so relaxing sitting by Croton pond. The big kids and little kids enjoyed swimming in the pond. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation. It's a great place to make memories. Thank you Todd and Dawn for your hospitality!

Really enjoyed our stay! Our group was blown away when we arrived. The place was very accommodating with things to do both inside and out...with tons of space, a great kitchen, games, and plenty of things to do on site without having to go anywhere. The host was very responsive and made sure our stay was going smoothly. Everything was clearly explained. Would 100% stay here again!
