There was a mishap where the cleaning staff was still there cleaning after an event they were having , they seemed to be unaware of our arrival/booking. But when they found out, they quickly tried their best to clean up what they could and leave before our party arrived. Other than that, the space was put together, really accessible, all the guests loved how comfy the beds were and the abundance of amenities the house has to offer. I would definitely stay here again

All around awesome! The house was very well equipped, clean as a whistle, and spacious for our party of seven. It had everything we possibly could have needed and then some. Dewey’s attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. There were Bluetooth speakers in most rooms, games galore, a bbq, flat top grill, and best of all a year round hot tub. Dewey shared tons of local recommendations which was appreciated. He was also very communicative, quick to respond and, flexible. It was a great stay! Thanks again Dewey!

Can't speak highly enough about this house and it's host. It's a long story but he saved my family's vacation from near disaster. We booked with Dewey last minute and he responded immediately, made sure the cleaning crew had completed their work and confirmed with us within about an hour and a half the night of the reservation. We showed up and the house was gorgeous, absolutely spotless and full of amenities. I was traveling with 4 adult couples and 2 children 9 and 5 years old. The house was perfect for our group and could have easily had another 2 children there. The kitchen was very well appointed, plenty of space for everyone. We received 16" of snow while we were there and the plow showed up in the morning so we could get to the mountain and enjoy the day. Everything was A++ from beginning to end. My family thanks you, I will be recommending and returning!

My wife and 4 year old son stayed here with two other families. It was the PERFECT place. We would be thrilled to come back. There's a ton to do for the kids in the house. The room with four bunk beds was great for the kids to sleep in. The scenery was gorgeous - just opening the doors and hearing the rushing water from the backyard creek made me feel like I was in a spa. The house was extremely comfortable, well-insulated from outdoor noise and the hosts were incredible with their detailed pre-arrival booklet and within-minutes text message communication. Very grateful for our stay here.

The Coldbrook house was the perfect winter getaway! It’s the perfect location if you’re looking for a ski trip retreat. The drive to Mt. Snow was about 8 min! The house itself had everything we could possibly need and felt very welcoming. Dewey does a great job with providing a guide on places near by, amenities within the house, and how to contact him. Overall, a great stay and would definitely go back!
