A disappointing Return Visit. This was our second time staying at the property. Upon check-in, we were assigned a villa that was clearly not up to par with our previous visit. The strong smell of moss, After numerous requests, we were eventually moved to the villa we had stayed in before. However, the state of the place was shocking – a lack of maintenance was evident in every corner. The curtains were in poor condition, even the telephone emitted an unpleasant smell. We had to contact the reception multiple times to have the place cleaned and made suitable for our stay. The furniture appeared worn, The second day was marred by fluctuating lights, yet the host denied the issue,leaving us frustrated. We even requested a shift to another property, but it seemed that our discomfort went unnoticed. Kitchen & cutlery was mediocre . The property has lost it’s charm. On a friday night, group of bachelors partied loudly and banged doors until the early hours of morning, very inconvenient.

Fortune Beleza property is undeniably stunning and impeccably maintained. However, our dining experience was marred by excessively long waiting times for food orders, as we had to wait for a staggering 2 hours. Additionally, our host Jijesh was unresponsive and unhelpful when we needed assistance.
