My recent stay in Florence left much to be desired. The location was indeed great, placing me within easy reach of Florence's attractions and train station. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the cramped quarters. The space was incredibly small, making it challenging to move around comfortably, especially with luggage and even to shower. The lack of cleanliness was apparent. I was taken aback to find a layer of grime on the shower head, I descaled it myself as it was apparent that it hadn’t been done in a while. Also, there were dirty towels left in the passage, which was not only unsightly but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the rental as there was an apparent smell. To make matters worse, the thin walls provided little insulation from noise, we could hear the comings and goings of the neighbors, which disrupted any attempts at relaxation or a good night's sleep. Despite the convenience of the location, these points damped the stay.

séjour super, appartement vraiment top au cœur de Florence et de toutes les visites a faire , a deux pas du marché central au vous trouverez différents restaurants comme le Wolf a Bruxelles , je recommande très particulièrement cet hôte, il a été bienveillant et l'emplacement est magnifique

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è piccolissima ma molto confortevole e silenziosa, ideale per riposarsi dopo giornate intense! Penso che quando ricapiterò a Firenze se Casa Rosina è disponibile ci tornerò! Grazie

Really nice and cute place, the only problem was to get inside on the second floor since the staircase was so tight and it was really difficult to get your big bags all the way up. So I needed to unpack everything in the doorway and go up and down. I would ah e appreciate to have this information before since I was really tired after the long trip to Italy.

L'alloggio di per sé è perfetto, appare esattamente come nelle foto ed è molto pulito e accogliente. I problemi sono solo 2: le scale per accedervi sono estremamente sporche e i vicini del piano di sopra sono molto rumorosi. Giustamente avendo un air BnB al di sotto possono permettersi di fare rumore tutta la notte quando non c'è nessuno, ma andrebbero avvertiti quando l'appartamento è occupato.
