The location of this Airbnb is unbeatable! Walkable to Rosemary & Aly’s while also being just a 3-5min drive to Inlet. The space itself was super comfortable and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

The Ashton on 30A was exactly as it was described and the condo met our expectations. David was quick to respond and address a few minor issues we had with the wifi and also allowed us to check out late which we really appreciated. The pools for the Villages were really nice and just a few short steps from our condo building. Our building G is set back from the other buildings which made it a more private and quiet environment. The elevator made it easy for us to get in and out of this second floor condo easily with all of our luggage. A tram stop right across from our building took us to and from the beach. The Villages complex is located on the Rosemary Beach side of Seacrest so it was a very short walk of about 5 minutes to get into the town square at Rosemary Beach. Also a huge bike rental shop is located at the front of the Villages complex so I was able to rent a bike to ride on the Timpoochee Trail. There are also several other shops and restaurants located at the Villages.

Not only was the location perfect and affordable, but David left clear direction and recommendations for the stay! I was a little cautious of staying at a condo, but it was amazing! Exceeding any and all expectations. 10/10
