About 10 minutes west from gorgeous Scenic Highway 30A, just a few miles from Pier Park, there's a ton of activities to get into. There's a cool boutique grocer, Carousel Supermarket, 1.2 Miles away and an 8 minute walk from highly rated Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. This condo sleeps 6 people. Please obey this rule to avoid eviction. Rest comfortably on a King bed in the bedroom. There is a built in bunk bed in the hall with 2 twin beds. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well. $25 Parking pass fee will be added to your reservation at check out. A second parking pass can be purchased if needed. South wind will tow any vehicles without a valid parking pass. 2 parking spaces allowed for this reservation. You will purchase 1 parking pass for this reservation at check out. If you need an additional parking pass, please let me know BEFORE your check in date so you can purchase another one. Passes are dropped off on the day of your check in, so we need to know to avoid coming back to drop another one off. We will charge a fee if we have to come back to bring an extra pass.
