This location was great! I loved how we were close to everything. The only setbacks were the pools not being heated but my daughter still enjoyed it! I just found it too chilly. The water bucket in the water park is very aggressive so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much. I do wish the pull out bed was more comfy but that was expected! Overall, I would definitely stay here again. By far one of my favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you for a fun vacation!

We had a great time here! The host was very nice and communicated well. The unit itself was great and had many amenities. The only issue was every time we stepped onto the balcony it smelt nothing but cigarette smoke from a nearby unit.

Very cute and comfortable condo exactly as described. Unit was in good shape and well furnished. We were a bit concerned that the unit was so close to the elevator but noise wasn’t an issue at all. The unit next to us was occupied and we never heard them while we were inside the unit. Bed was comfortable and the large smart TV was an added plus. The bedroom while a bit small was more than adequate. Kitchen was well stocked. With quality appliances. Having two bathrooms was a plus even for a couple. The complex was showing its age a bit but was well maintained. It is a great complex if you have kids. It is not a complex we normally would have chosen because of the focus on children’s activities but we had no issues and would book again on a weekday. Asel was friendly and very responsive. All in all an excellent stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Asel’s place. This was our first time staying in PCB and heard a lot that it was over crowded but that’s not what we found on our stay. Our time at Splash was great. Spent much of our time out on the balcony. Location was fantastic. Just steps away from the Florida sand! The water park area was all up and running except for the tiny splash pad for the little but they were working on the pump for that. The bucket that dumps water is far too much for the little kids so keep that in mind if you think this is a good feature for toddlers. (It’s not) But three pools to choose from was nice. The gym was great while we were there. Plenty of cable and free weight equipment as well as cardio machines. To sum it up, it’s a great place to stay and definitely won’t be crossed off the list for future stays.
