The unit has an amazing view of the ocean from the first and second floor. The kitchen has the basic kitchen items for simple meals. There are plenty of towels for the beach, as well as the bathroom. The unit is decorated with. modern coastal vibe with lots of seating with the family. You have direct access to the beach from the back. There were a fee things in disrepair, but they were not significant. The bunk room on the first floor is fun for kids but awkward without window coverings on the front windows and near the front door. Families with small children should make sure they are. comfortable with this set up. If you enjoy a beautiful view the master bedroom and back porch can't be beat. Enjoy!

My family and I met my parents here fir a small getaway. we had an absolute blast. Renata's place was the perfect location with amazing views. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible weekend getaway at this charming beautiful place. The beach access couldn't have been more convenient. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Beds were super comfy! We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway. What a beautiful location! The connivence of beach access is what makes this place worth it. It is so nice to be able to walk down to the beach with a cup of coffee in the morning or run back to the house in the afternoon for lunch instead of packing everything for a day at the beach. With an infant and toddler the convenience of this location was EVERYTHING. There were a few things that we were a little disappointed in, the outdoor shower was broken which made it harder to control the amount of sand we brought get into the house. The screen on the sliding glass door was also broken which was disappointing on windy days when we couldn’t enjoy the breeze. The stove top is usable but cracked in a few places which made me nervous for little fingers in the kitchen. Overall, these things did not make a huge difference in our stay and were just minor disappointments. We would still stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for letting us make priceless memories in your home!
