This is a fantastic unit in a great building. My family had a blast. I'm hoping to return next year. I would highly recommend it.

Unfortunately it was not due to the dishes being up dirty , towels smell of mildew and dirty mattress covers. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect clean. Very disappointed.

I’ve been to PCB many time but never stayed at this specific resort. So glad we did because now this will be on my list of go to spots! Rachel’s place was just like it was pictured in the listing and more than enough space for my family and I! The view was amazing and food on spot! Especially Diego’s! I totally recommend this listing if you’re coming to PCB! You won’t regret it

The minor things we contacted Rachel with were fixed the very next morning. She was very accommodating. Had 6 of us and it worked out well. Her instructions were clear on access codes. We didn’t fly in until 11:00 at night when parking on 2nd floor there were about 20 luggage carts which was great! We didn’t know the check in lobby would be closed at that time and to check in the next day. The 3 pools are nice and view was remarkable. Michael at the beach kept asking us if there was anything he could do for us. I would stay here again. We were disappointed the coffee shop and bar by the pools didn't open until March 15th. Had a great time.
