There were not enough arm bands in the unit and it was difficult to get parking passes because this unit is managed by another company that is not on site. I was told I would have to drive 10 min away to receive them. ALSO-Very disappointed to be harassed by one of the security guards 1 day at the pool. He threatened to call the police bc I was not wearing my arm band. He was also giving other groups a hard time. Very displeased with the treatment he was giving for the amount of money paid to stay here.

We had a great stay in this Tier 3 tower condo. The amenities are a lot newer than the tier 1 &2 towers. And although they are all Calypso they had signs everywhere saying you can’t use Tier 1&2 amenities. It was a little ridiculous but the condo itself was nice and it’s walking distance to pier park.

I would not rent this condo again. It wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. The sheets didn’t look like they had been changed seeing as how wrinkled they were and sand was still in the master bed room bed. There was hair all over the master bathroom floor, not to mention what looked like pubic hair all around and on the toilet. The bathroom rugs were beyond disgusting, definitely hadn’t been washed in a really long time. The silverware was dirty in the drawers. And the glasses in the cabinet. We ended up going to buy paper and plastic products for the time we were there. This condo has potential but it wasn’t worth the 1600 dollars we paid for 4 nights. They should definitely hire better cleaners. We complained about the dirtiness within hours of being there, they send someone the next day to “spot” clean. They pretty much swept the hair out of the bathroom and went on there way.

Very nice condo with an excellent view and location! We'd stay here again for sure!
