first I'll start with checking in..you're told you can't check in til after 4 but once you arrive at 4 or later the registration desk for parking passes and all is closed!! So you get to sit around worrying is your vehicle going to be towed. they just left a paper saying we didn't have a parking pass so we went to the desk the next day. also parking is 35$ the area is okay lots of road construction going on at the time and really no restaurants are walking distance. the room could use more attention when it comes to cleaning! lots of dust and all the furniture is stained. when I went into the room my child was staying in sitting on the picture frame on the wall was a woman's hygiene strip from an bathing suit. splatters on the walls as well as no batteries in the remotes I had to take from one to make the other work. all and all I would not stay here again.
The staff, lady, at resort was very rude. The carpets leading to resort stained. In room was mold on fridge and sticky stains on floor.
My family and I enjoyed our stay, everything was as described. Will definitely book again.
My family and I stay at a lot of Airbnb’s. This company VENTURE! Is by far one of the most amazing companies we’ve ever dealt with when it comes to their customers experience. We notified them there were no longer beach toys/umbrella chairs etc. They compensated us immediately and was well worth it! We also notified them that the dishwasher wasn’t working and they had someone out the same day and they ended up putting in a brand new dishwasher! Thank you VENTURE, we’re definitely staying with you again! 🤜 🤛
