My friends and I stayed in the house for the summer for an internship and we had a great time there. The house was very clean and fully stocked. Someone came by the house frequently to mow the lawn. It's a great neighborhood and we would for sure rent this property again.

Hava was an exceptional host. Always responsive, fixed any issues (faulty TV was replaced within hours), and allowed us to extend our stay. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping and food are close by. Plenty of essentials in the kitchen to cook meals at home. Perfect home for long term stay and perfect for families with small children and pets. You won’t be disappointed!

This place was great when we were in a tight spot because there were many events going on in town. It was a good basic place to lay your head down if you were gonna be out all day. It was pretty inconvenient to drive to downtown Austin or really anywhere, but we knew that going in. Make sure to bring toiletries and extra towels. It’s also dog friendly so expect some dog hair in places. Overall it’s a good place for a large group with clean beds and lots of room.

House is very much as described. Very much appreciate how pet friendly the host is - we were evacuating from New Orleans and had to bring all our pets. The kitchen was missing a few essentials - but Hava quickly rectified the situation by bringing some things by. So much appreciated!! Was great to have a fenced yard - though fence is not 100% secure, it worked fine for us.
