la piscine :photos racoleuses.. tres petite.. difficile d acces voir dangereux. et bruits de vidange intempestifs la nuit.. logement loué pour 4 personnes avec la chambre au 1er étage..mais pas de table pour manger à 4... juste un mange debout pour 3. accessoires de cuisine dépareillés et insuffisants en nombre.. pas de saladier vaisselle sale.. salle de bain :fuite d d'eau sous le lavabo obligé d éponger avant de prévenir l hote qui règle le problème avec un bol placé sous le syphon. ?? les wc ont du mal à évacuer mais vous êtes sauvés par une grosse ventouse à votre disposition pour faciliter l écoulement..... la chambre : le lit très inconfortable matelas hors d age nuits douloureuses.... bref belle vue.. quartier calme mais prestations très décevantes roof top sale et mal entretenu chambre inconfortable et appartement mal conçu pour une famille

Martin is an amazing host. Super friendly and responsive. Thorough with instructions. Really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could stay longer. Definitely would come back and highly recommend.

Martin was kind enough to meet us at the property and show us around. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, it felt very private and was perfect for sunbathing and reading a book. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. There are about 10 restaurants within a 5 minute walk, which was nice. Within a 10 minute drive to several different beaches, and we enjoyed exploring as many as we could. Greatly appreciated the umbrella, beach chairs and cooler - that was perfect for the unorganized beaches. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it was very clean and appeared to be well stocked. We enjoyed our stay, thank you, Martin!

Martin's place was exactly as described. Short walking distance to restaurants and a bakery, we especially enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly people at fat tonys smokehouse. The beach is a bit of a walk but definitely achieveable. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the place! The terrace in itself was a fantastic place to hang out to watch the sunrise, read a book or just to sunbathe! The private infinity pool was so refreshing and relaxing - we used it just about every day of our stay. Additionally, it was so nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use for our beach hunting adventures! Martin is a great host, replied immediately to all of our inquiries. Highly recommend!!
