El lugar nos encantó! tal cual lo que se muestra es lo que hay!, la casa Agusto, agradable, Vero que esa persona encargada de entregar las llaves es súper amigable, amable, nos recibió muy bien y de igual modo al entregar, atenta en cuanto le avisa cualquier situación, agradezco su ayuda y hospitalidad, definitivamente regresamos. 😃👌

This place was great just as described, Jorge was super responsive when I needed a question answered. It's walking dslistance to a lot of places, there's a restaurant across the street and a few more just around the corner. The only issue I had with the place was there were no paper towels and a couple of other things that I thought that should have been there but we we able to go to the local Walmart to grab them, the beds are small in most of the rooms and the mattreses were really thin and that made it hard on my back as it's a hard surface bed but other than that this place have a great pool/large lounge area / nice kitchen.

First, we come to PV most years in winter and we love staying in Mexican style places not modern style. We have learned over the years that staying in Mexican style homes means there will probably be issues and good hosts will respond same day and seek to resolve things by the next day. If you are good with that then this is the house for you. We stayed there a month and there were some issues with the pool, fridge and AC that were all dealt with in a timely manner. The outdoor area with the pool and BBQ and eating area are spectacular and we spent a lot of time out there. The location lets you choose between Plaza Caracol (more mexican shopping) and Costco/La Comer within the same walking distance of about 10 minutes. Straight down Niza you walk 10-12 minutes to the beach. There are spectacular restaurants within walking distance of all ethnic varieties. Even though there is no clothes washer/dryer in the house its a 5 minute walk around the block for a great next day service

I rented this house for my 50th birthday. It was an amazing space for me and my friends and family to relax and have fun. The pool area is incredible, the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are huge! There are stores and restaurants all around the house that you can walk to. It’s a great way to get to know PV without being in a super touristy area. But, the touristy area is an easy 15-20 min Uber ride away! We had an amazing time! The space is even more beautiful than the pictures imply! You will not be disappointed!
