Prasanna was amicable and accountable throughout our trip. The only blip in an otherwise wonderful stay was the fact that one of the electricity lines went off on our first night. But thankfully Prasanna's place has two leccy lines and large rooms, so we could all bunk in one room. Note that the location is wonderful! You're close to the best cafes and the ocean. I'd love to come back here with my friends.

Pros: Great location as lots of eateries and the main beach road is at a walking distance. So you can keep on going to the main beach road for sunrise, walk, tea, etc many times in a day. The host supplied enough eggs, breads, butter, jam , and milk everyday Owner was remote but always available on phone and text Cons: Electrical connections had issues. One of the geysers was not working and fan knobs were erratic. They repaired the geyser and it failed again. One Fridge had no shelves. These things need to be proactively fixed by the host before the guests checkin We paid a high price for this property because of Christmas weekend We went with 3 families and 3 cars. Since it was Xmas time (govt parking was full) and road is very narrow so I had to park my car a bit far. My car got a couple of dents :-( Not recommended for more than two families as only two rooms have attached toilets. Probably you will enjoy this place more if you go on a non popular weekend.

Had a workation at this property, worked out well. It looks exactly like the pictures and wifi connectivity is great. Pretty spacious and in a good location in terms of accessibility. The host and the caretaker are extremely approachable and responsive, and they had great suggestions for restaurants around the city. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was nothing less than amazing. The host had all the amenities ready and most importantly a fully functional kitchen, the bathrooms and rooms were clean. The stay is in a prime location in White town just 5-10 minutes walking from the beach with a lot of good cafes surrounding it. The staff was super nice and friendly as well as the host. They were proactive in helping us with all our queries and were always very responsive. They even provided us with all basic food items and utensils so that we could cook basic meals ourselves (This was a life saver since it was raining heavily and we couldn't go to a cafe). On top of all this the price was also very reasonable. All in all I would definitely rate my stay 10/10 and recommend it to everyone. Go for it without a thought.

Pretty quaint apartment complex in the middle of White Town. Lots of attractions walkable from this place. Would recommend if you are looking for a quick getaway to stay and refresh and primarily roam pondicherry.
