Do to a difficult other guest, we were offered to stay in a different unit than originally booked, which was part of the office. We didn't feel comfortable there and Lyle was very accomodating in offering us the option to either stay or sort alternative accomodation. We chose the last and really appreciated Lyle's customer service and understanding.

Was a bit bother and waste time to check in, have to collect key nearby under other agency and have to fill person details before key handover especially a long flight from international on same day! didn't realised this compacted family units are shared in other units in same dwelling, a bit uncomfortable for us. But otherwise good for overnight stay. Rooms are clean and neat.

A lovely spacious house with a seperate unit attached to main kitchen,.very clean & tidy with nice finishes. Great value & convenience.
