When you book the residence it is exclusively yours with your own entrance and one dedicated carpark With over 80 sqm of space, a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons, plus it is only 3 months old , making this, the perfect place to stay. When you book the full residence you have the whole residence exclusively to yourself. Only 6 mins to the new Ormiston Town Centre (2 supermarkets) 15mins to the Famous Botany Town Shopping Centre ( 200 stores) and 15 mins to Westifeld Manukau Shopping Centre, Bus and Train stations. Its close to the airport being a 20min drive. Embrace the convenience of having all bed linens, bath towels, and face cloths thoughtfully supplied, along with all-natural Eco Store Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring an eco-friendly and refreshing experience. Nice clean and tidy house, will stay again.
Although there were only 5 of us, we enjoyed the spacious house which offered expansive lounges and kitchens. The house was very neat and tidy and Lyle was very helpful host with the checking in process. A nice, quiet, family oriented neighbourhood and within 5 minute driving distance to the Ormiston Town Centre. Would highly recommend!
Overall, the stay was great, and a good option for our large group. However, the check-in procedure (which was listed as self check-in) was somewhat nonstandard from all previous AirBnB experiences. Although this was supposed to be self check-in, there were still hours during which we had to go to an office across the street to acquire our keys. Additionally, they required a separate security deposit outside of AirBnB's payment system, which seemed odd. The security deposit was refunded after our stay, so, no harm no foul, I guess.
