The living room features new, beautiful living room furniture as of May 2023 and a large TV, serving as a great space to entertain guests or enjoy board games. The full kitchen has all the appliances, granite counter space, and fun gadgets you'll need to get creative with your next meal, be it a nutritious breakfast or a delightful evening entrée. This suite is close to the pool and the jacuzzi, and you'll be near the walking paths that wind throughout Rancho Vistoso. When you're home from today's hiking adventure, take a refreshing dip in the pool then let the suite's washer/dryer take the dust out of those hiking clothes while cooling off with the central air-conditioning. Guests can enjoy many nearby golf courses such as The Views, El Conquistador, and the Omni Tucson National Golf Resort within 11 miles. You'll be just six miles from the entrance to Catalina State Park with hiking trails, wildlife, and lots of beautiful natural formations to explore. Really great place to stay! Worked perfect for what we needed. Separate and private room / bathroom space for kids or a 2nd family, very clean, and well maintained. Close proximity to the pool which was never crowded was a plus, too! I especially loved how they had every light switch labeled - no guessing what switch turns what on. It’s the little things! Only thing I would have changed was the A/C - we found it hard to cool the whole place down and one room was especially hot. We had family staying at another unit in the complex and they confirmed they had the same issue, so it’s possible it might be a temperature controlled complex…it is in the desert after all :) not a deal breaker by any means, but something to note if you love to sleep in a cold room! They did have fans to supplement so that was a big help.
Lovely, well laid out condo, with all you need for a comfy stay. Host was easily reachable and response was immediate. Enjoyed our stay so much, we are returning to another Vacasa run condo in the next few weeks.
The condo is very nice but we were disappointed by the extremely cheap brand of paper towels, the single tiny little piece of soap for each bathroom, the tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner and not a single tissue box in the place. For the cost of the room, we expected better. We now know this is what can be expected when a property is managed by Vacasa Arizona so we will skip these properties in the future.
Great location with easy access to hiking and biking. Hot tub was extremely clean and well-maintained. The home was furnished well and the kitchen had all the appliances needed for a longer stay. Bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, it was quiet, and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife right outside the door. The only negative comments would be that the slider to the patio didn't open and the air vents in this place were quite dirty.
Great condo, convenient to family in Oro Valley and easy access to hiking in the Catalinas.
