Our stay was wonderful! The house was cozy and comfortable. It was nice to relax in the front room after a day of exploring the town or walking the various trails and paths that are available. The house is within walking distance to the downtown area of several shops and restaurants. The opposite direction leads to the bike path that connects to several parks and follows the river. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen had everything needed to do so. Libby had a very well stocked tea/coffee/ cocoa station that was the best I’ve ever had at an Airbnb! The beds were comfortable and the room darkening shades made all the difference! The backyard is as pictured. The poppies (my favorite!) were in bloom! We didn’t spend much time outside at the house since we were usually gone exploring, but the small amount of time we were there, it was peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet even though it’s so close to the busy downtown area. I loved the location and would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriends and I LOVED the Little Yellow House. It was perfectly located a few blocks from the Square, close to restaurants and shops. The house itself was conducive to both indoor and outdoor visiting - we especially loved the backyard set up. And, the poppies were blooming. Libby thinks of EVERYTHING a guest could possibly need. The home was perfect for our weekend retreat. I highly recommend this place if you are considering a trek to Georgetown.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. We came here for a date weekend getaway (from the kids). This house was the absolute perfect location for us to walk to the square and enjoy all the dinner, shopping and entertainment it has to offer. The walk took us only about 5 mins and it was easy. We also enjoyed drinking our coffee in the backyard which is landscaped so nicely and very inviting. The house was spotless, and had everything you May need. The kitchen is great and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Libby is an outstanding host and was so thoughtful. She had a nice cold bottle of wine in the fridge with a note welcoming us on our mini getaway trip. Highly recommend staying here even as a family trip!
