This was a great place to stay. There was easy access to the freeway and even though this was south in the valley at Spanish Fork, it took very little time to reach the Orem and Provo areas where we were meeting others at. This space was very clean with nice amenities - big screen tv, toaster, refrigerator, microwave oven, and access to washer and drier. Although there was limited seating in the kitchen, we were able to move the bench seats from the bedroom to accommodate our needs. All was very clean and pleasant and the beds provided a comfortable sleeping place. There are stairs that go to the basement so would not recommend for anyone who can not handle stairs. The price was good and we loved having access to the shared laundry space.

This place met my needs for finding a cozy place to relax and be able to cook in as well. Although I have stayed in some Airbnb's with just private rooms I still prefer more privacy than they offer. This is a basement space; so If you are taller than 6' you will need to duck slightly when standing in front of the bathroom mirror. The other ceilings are about 6'4" even in the tub area. The host are amazing. Although you have a separate entry to the space, there is a shared laundry room off the basement that the upstairs tenants also use. However, they are so respectful of your privacyand always ask permission if you are present
