Welcome to our spacious and bright three-story end unit townhouse nestled amidst breathtaking mountain views. Our Airbnb offers stylish touches throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. With garage parking available, nearby grocery stops, and proximity to Spanish Fork downtown, we offer convenience within walking distance. We have two permanent beds and a crib configured by default, but we can add one more queen airbed with a memory foam topper by request. This is our personal home that we Airbnb while we are traveling and we offer the following main amenities: Full kitchen Washer and dryer Keyless Entry Smart lighting Central AC/Heating Abundant natural light 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with bath/shower 2-car garage parking Cable, WiFi, and various streaming services 3 high-end TVs Small balcony High ceilings throughout home Private community dog park & pickleball Our third bedroom is set up as a nursery with a crib (as pictured) but it can easily be configured with a queen air bed with a 3” memory foam topper for those with more guests (by request). We also have another air bed with bedding that can be used for a potential total of 4 beds in the home. There is ample parking along our street or in some of the designated parking spots around the neighborhood. We also allow parking in our garage for smaller vehicles. There are various public parks near our home that are great for families. We also have a community playground down the street. Keep in mind our location is central and we border a main road and a highway, as such there is some road noise during the day and night. Some may not be overly sensitive to the sound while others could be more conscious of it. We provide sound machines in each room and silicone earplugs to ensure a more peaceful stay with us.
