We were surprised that it was part of their house. From the pictures I expected our own private entrance but that was just the garage access. Then you go into the house and downstairs. It was suitable for our needs as a place to sleep. Lacked amenitites like a TV, games, or internet access. Host was willing to go get tissues on request - I was surprised they weren't already available. We didn't do any cooking or eating there, just noted the mismatched silverware, when requested to take them downstairs, and single sink with no dishwasher, microwave, range, and limited counter space. Hosts requested no shoes downstairs and quiet time after 11 PM. We could hear them watching TV when we turned in early. The bed rocked significantly and one thin pillow was insufficient for me personally. There was plenty of hot water for four showers, laundry options, and fresh towels set on each bed. Neighborhood was quiet and well away from downtown.

Thankful for this little spot. It was a really nice and convenient place to have as a base for our busy visit to Spanish fork!

Fabulous Great place to stay, clean and new. It was convenient to where we were going. The only thing wrong was the door from the garage into the house opens in front of the door into the basement, so you don't see it immediately. The renters were absolutely fabulous. We will definitely try to stay there again.

A great little spot to spend the night. Close enough to Springville and Payson for me to easily visit family in the area. The host was very friendly, and took great care of us.
