Mo was an SUPER Superhost! Super attentive to my comfort and super speedy about it, too. The bungalow is just as it looks in the photos - impeccable. Centrally-located in a diverse, walkable, family-friendly neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

I am a person who worries about many factors for housing from quietness, cleanliness to every minor things. I must say the experience with Mo’s place is nothing but satisfying and comfortable. It’s safe, quiet, good-looking, spacious, in a perfectly walkable neighborhood and has everything you need for daily life with label on them. Not to mention the central location. If you also consider a lot of things when choosing a house, this is the perfect place for you to stay.

Such an adorable Airbnb experience. I can not thank Mo enough for being always there whenever we needed something. We had such a pleasant stay for a month. Everything from the entrance instructions to parking was delightful. The house was very well equipped and well thought. The neighborhood is just in the middle of everywhere with easy access. We had just an amazing time. Definitely, it's the ultimate house that we wish to be back.

Our stay at Mo's place was wonderful. Location truly was central to so many great places in LA. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. This was exactly the place we were looking for in an extended, few month stay. Throughout our stay, we appreciated Mo restocking cleaning supplies and ensuring, for example, air conditioning was sufficient as weather heated up. (It was!) Mo was accommodating, helpful, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would certainly stay again!
