Absolutely brilliant stay at Heidi's cottage. Beautiful, peaceful surrounding, very comfortable. Back garden is blissful and private. Lovely big bathroom. Heidi is a wonderful attentive host and let us check in early (although in the end we didn't need it). Great facilities, everything you could need. Bed is a double rather than king but very comfortable.

Absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Primrose Cottage, we had a wonderful stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had all we needed and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing and ideally placed for exploring the area. Heidicha was a fantastic host, clear directions/instructions on how to access the cottage, responsive, and the local guide book was really useful.

I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful property or Heidi. She was very easy to contact. She had left a book about the barn and left lots of great recommendations! The barn is absolutely gorgeous and has wonderful views of the countryside around it. I loved the way Heidi has decorated it. It was also great to be in an eco/vegan house, and loved the toiletries left for us. The bed is very comfortable too. We stayed when the weather was really hot so we went to the beaches near by. These were abut 15-30 minutes drive depending where you went. (However I think this was because we drove slow in the country lanes haha). We weren’t there for long enough so are looking to come back and explore the countryside walks around. I can’t recommend this place enough! 🙏

A lovely little house to stay in! Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, very cosy and warm and lovely decor. The only thing I would say is the bed is a double and I’m over 6ft so felt a little snug but otherwise lovely! We definitely appreciated the Salcombe coffee and already ordered some for home! Would higher recommend this location, love visiting around there.
