My family chose this airbnb for my sister's graduation at the University of Tampa. It was a perfect location- near the airport and within 30min of the Fairgrounds that held graduation. The space was great! We enjoyed using the kitchen and grill to feed everyone. Thank you Lawrence!

From the moment we booked, Lawrence was incredibly communicative and accommodating. He provided clear instructions for check-in and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and charm of the house. It was evident that thought had been put into every detail of the space, from the tasteful decor to the comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We'll definitely be keeping it in mind for future trips!

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The communication with the host was superb. Every question was answered promptly. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was an excellent place for a weekend with my son’s friends! They all had a room to stay and there was plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Everything was very clean. We did not have garbage bags and this was immediately delivered. Any questions needed was immediately answered as well! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was newly renovated in an older, established neighborhood. The pictures looked exactly like the house, and everything was immaculate. A few additional baking dishes would have been helpful, but there were plenty of snow white towels and wash cloths. We enjoyed our stay at Lawrence’s house.
