Rasa is a great hostess. Very responsive, flexible and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything you need for the beach is available at the property including umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon, floaters and more. The place is welcoming and warm. Looking forward to staying here again next time we are in AMI.

Fantastic condo and location - perfect for parents and two little kids

Adorable little house (top floor unit) in a great area of Anna Maria island! Short walk to bean point beach and the rod and reel pier. The house was clean and a great value for the area. We especially enjoyed the beautiful private pool area which was separately fenced from the house (a major plus with small kids!). Rasa was EXCELLENT to communicate with and everything was easy as could be. We had a wonderful trip and will be back to this gorgeous island!!!!

Great stay. The unit is just as described and in a very quiet street but with easy access to all on AMI! Rasa was very responsive and very helpful. We hope to return!
