We love the waterfront patio and great room. This cottage is centrally located to many area attractions and best for those looking to be steps from the pristine waterfront. While we take a great deal of care for the cottage at Alpine Resort, if you're seeking a perfect flawless place or are super high maintenance this is not the place for you. The location is beautiful; there is a seasonal breakfast/lunch diner, public beach, and jungle gym right across the street. This place is perfect for groups and families looking to settle in for a while or just for a long weekend! We also have 4 kayaks, bikes, air hockey/foosball, garage area available for shared use! -Note also that this is a resort with 4 separate buildings being rented however there is still plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the grounds, reference overhead photos if you have questions on layout. -The property is also located on a busier road which does cause some daytime noise however we don’t feel it takes away from the location.
