Would recommend this place if you are thinking about it. The instructions to find and enter the condo were very clear, the place was very clean, and amenities were very inclusive and as described. Here's some info future renters might be interested in: The room is on the second floor. The condo community was very dog friendly and many surrounding neighbors had dogs (leashes required). The inside did not smell like pets. They provide both a coffee pot and a k-cup machine. Beach towels are also provided. There is a street lamp outside the master bedroom unfortunately but that's the only downside I can think of.

We had a lovely stay at Alyce’s condo. It was very quiet and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants were around the corner and the beach only 10 minutes away. Definitely would stay again.

Alyce's condo is just as advertised. Four minute drive to Winn Dixie and seven to East Beach. The furniture is comfortable, and the area is pretty quiet. This condo is pet friendly and does not smell like animals. We enjoyed our stay.
