We enjoyed staying in this guest house. The caretaker was really helpful. Initially, the electrical switches caused problems but on the second day it was repaired. One of the ac in one of the bedroom didn't function well. It is Located around 2.5 km from popular RK beach. Kitchen accessories provided is more than enough for a family of three to four persons.I would recommend others to try for this guest house.

The Place was exactly how it was described, location was easy to find and check in was also easy. It is located about 1.5kms from RK beach and you can find all necessary amenities nearby. There were somethings which i did not like - 1. The fans in all the rooms where not working properly, they were very slow and AC in 2 rooms were also giving efficient cooling, it was peak summer and it was very problematic. 2. Cleanliness- The property was not cleaned perfectly, kitchen had unwashed utensils, dust on window panels, bathrooms were not cleaned properly. 3. The water pressure in bathrooms was very weak and also, there were some flies all over the house which was irritating. 4. The wifi signals were not reaching one of the bedrooms and TV were also a bit unresponsive. Somethings which I liked. 1. The Helper- Venkat was very responsive and polite, helped in easy check and was always available for any help. Overall good place but needs great maintenance.
