This location could been better advertised. the pin left us in middle of nowhere. the security was not expecting us. the backup coordinator never responded to our calls. the reason we gave 4 stars is because we expected it be "off the grid" and having massive pool to ourselves as a family was great. however the swarm of flies inside the house at night, the several power outages on our first night, the bed being so shaky and creaky, and the lack of communication from our host was not fun. do your homework on this one. the ocean was amazing.

Listing misrepresents itself. Pool is not at Villa, you need to drive to “Club House” 1/4 mile away ( and we had to ask maintenance men how to get to it since no map was available). House is outdated, but very spacious with an AMAZING range of wildlife that come to visit (this was our highlight!). Casita with kitchen had no working windows due to broken hinges and door handle not secure. We were given a piece of wood to put in slider well to “lock”. When we checked in, none of the Casita ceiling lights worked and the fire exit slider door in bedroom wouldn’t even open. To Vacasa credit, they did send maintenance men over the next day to repair (everything but the windows) Also, Vacasa didn’t inform housekeeping the correct day of our departure, and they kept asking us to leave a day prior to our scheduled date. Overall, the residence is comfortable but have disappointing experience with Vacasa Belize in general due to communications

First of all place was really big and really nice. But and a really big but….it did say shared pool but was kinda misleading and kinda had us all under impression that pool was on the property and not down the street. Also it advertised beach club even tho beach club bar and grill was closed entire time. Also, dishwasher didn’t work, disposal didn’t work, and property is really far from everything. Ohhhh and this was the first air bnb I been to that literally had one tv but no cable or Netflix or nothing. I do recommend it if everything was advertised correctly and everything was working. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.
