Construction notice: A new home is being built in the Camp Eagles Nest neighborhood where this home is located. Please note that construction noises may be heard Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm. Enter the open concept kitchen and living area, with updated stainless steel appliances and a 5 burner gas stove. The bar seats 5, with an outdoor dining area on the back deck. In the living room, a sofa and two chairs are settled around the gas log fireplace and Smart TV. To each side is an ensuite bedroom, one with a queen and the other a king, and TV. On the right, the bath features a large, tiled shower with an overhead showerhead and a handheld wand. The counters are granite with a double vanity. The bathroom on the left has a tub/shower combo with the overhead showerhead. Double granite vanities also grace this room. From the great room, ascend the spiral staircase to the loft where you'll find two twin beds! The back deck is large and spacious, allowing room for a dining area, a few chairs for the views of the forest beyond, and the grill. Enjoy the beautiful firepit and Adirondacks! A perfect place to sit around the fire, roast marshmallows, and tell stories! Located directly between Great Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home offers excellent location in proximity to the most popular amenities in the community including pickleball and disc golf. In the summer time, enjoy a nice hike right from your door step! The winding trails can either be hiked by foot or by ATV, fun for everyone! Just a short drive to the Sportsman's Grille and Winery, right here within Eagles Nest! While enjoying your stay at Three Little Bears, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Additional Notes: - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pet rent is not included in the quoted price. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
