Exactly as beautiful as it looks. Millie is the perfect host and was responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. The location could not have been better with proximity to the beach and the pool downstairs perfect for families that really just wanna stay around central location, money restaurants nearby. Everything is walkable if you wanted to be of course you can explore other neighborhoods if you want that too, the only downside I would say number one the sofa bed was not very comfortable for our guest, sofa beds aren’t very typically very comfortable anyway so if you are planning on using it, keep in mind, they might not get the best nights sleep on it. And the other thing was the noise from the airport was some thing I could hear not a ton of planes taking off a night, but there are several flights that leave around one or 2 AM. I could hear them of course that’s the price you pay. It’s also great time to go back to the airport. It’s only a five minute drive.

Milly's place is fantastic! The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach and explore. The building is very secure, including the garage where we parked a rented car. We drove to the rain forest and Old San Juan which were both within 30 minutes of the condo. All reviews about the beautiful view and proximity to the beach are spot on. We also used the pool multiple times, and it was in excellent condition. Milly is incredibly proactive, and communication throughout the trip was clear and timely. There was an issue with the construction upstairs that could not be avoided. We stayed in contact with Milly to mitigate any problems. (Everyone, please remember you are renting someone's home. Things are going to happen just like at your place!) Lastly, we had a very late flight home, and we were able to receive a late check-out, which really helped our family. Thank you, Milly!

This condo is literally steps away from the beach. The view from the living room is only ocean and it is beautiful. It was very clean and seemed newly renovated. The kids loved the ceilings and lights plus the pool which was also super clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Milly’s place was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, modern, and it smelled good. Milly was such a wonderful host. She was friendly, patient and very responsive!!! U definitely recommend her place! Close to restaurants, bars and the beach is literally right there! Amazing view from the living room. Loved our stay!!!

We rented a car. The assigned parking space was safe and enclosed. The streets were very narrow. One morning, it looked like several cars had been hit on the street, so enclosed parking gave us peace of mind. After staying, I would not have rented a car! It is close to everything. Restaurants, casinos, and beach. Secure and safe location. The condo was gorgeous! As everyone else said, the view is breathtaking! Air conditioning worked great and fast. We didn’t cook, but we had everything we needed to do so. Tips: Rainforest is free. Go early as it’s first come, first serve until capacity. Don’t waste $99 a person on an excursion. Close to airport. Uber and there is a rental car place in walking distance from Milly’s if you wish to venture out. Impossible parking in Old San Juan during the day. We parked close and then ubered to our desired destination. Pizza city, Hijoles, and Torres are in walking distance. Good. Euphoria, further down, delicious too. Book Milly’s and Go!
