The location is amazing for the price! Direct beach access is very convenient and the beach is beautiful. The small restaurant on the ground floor of building is great and super convenient. The area feels very safe and family friendly and is convenient for walking to stores and restaurants alike. The apartment has a small balcony with two chairs that is nice to sit on and watch planes from airport take off and land from. Overall this apartment is worth the cost solely due to its location. If you are looking to enjoy the area on a budget this is a good option!

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable, beach access and very close to the airport. Overall, great location and definitely recommend it to any family looking for a quiet and safe place in Isla Verde.

Great place. Few steps from the beach. Have all necessities. Great view from the balcony. We’re enjoyed the stay.

The property is in a gated tower building, so there is 100% confident on the safety side. Very convenient location to bars, restaurants, beach and shops. Free assigned parking spot is another big plus. The view is very beautiful, property is very clean, host is very responsive. Only the washer and dryer looks near the end of its lifecycle. Overall, I have 0 complains!

The condo is smaller than it appears in photos. 2 small pillows for each Queen bed with no extra blankets or pillows. Owner stated “ I followed the suggestion and that’s what you’d get in a hotel” when more pillows were requested. Closets used for owner Christmas decorations & work supplies (cement mix) and only 5 hangers. She did have some ( it not all) of the things removed & added 5 more hangers after complaint. Guest room closet door kept falling off the track. I got stuck in the shower because the door wouldn’t slide open & needed help to get out. Structures in bathrooms rusted and layers of dust on bathroom toilet paper holder. Inside shower corners and along door dirty & had hair. We wore flip flops during the shower. Lounge & game room closed and owner said she wasn’t aware and “had no control over that”. Definitely not as expected and wouldn’t rent again.
