Special windows to control noise. The property is an open space, fully furnished. Modern and clear. Equipped with three air conditioners, large TV and many amenities to make your stay comfortable. A co-host that resides on the same building will be available to assist you during the stay.

Loved my stay very comfortable. The communication was great and she was very responsive. Loved the beach in the back very peaceful but wish the pool was opened. Would definitely recommend.
This location was perfect and the backyard beach , I still can’t get over the view. So amazing . Whatever we needed or asked for, we got . Great host and awesome A/C. Thanks for having us.

Walking distance to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, El San Juan Fairmont Hotel and Sonesta. Many restaurants, bars, fast foods and Rx minutes away. Right on our beach there is a surfing school, jet ski rentals, chaise lounge and umbrella rentals. Patrolled by police 24-7. The Marine Reserve is excellent for snorkeling. We are 5 min drive to the Vivo Beach Club and the AquaSol Kids water park. El Yunque is 45 min drive. Old San Juan is 20 minutes drive. Uber is always 3 minutes away, highly recommended, is very affordable in PR.
We offer a parking space inside premises, with a guard at post24-7 for Free. Highly recommended is Uber for the city. Tours are recommended for El Yunque, for catamaran island adventures etc.
