Het huis geeft een doorleefde indruk en had een ongezellige inrichting. Bijna overal Tapijt vind ik erg onhygiënisch. Er lagen haren op de vloer in de badkamer. Verder leek het wel schoon. De tuin was niet onderhouden en nodigde niet uit om te gaan zitten. Begin van de straat toont beetje shabby, maar er staan ook nette huizen. Communicatie met Sylvia ging goed en ook het elektrische slot werkte goed. Voor 1 nachtje op doorreis is het prima.

I'll start off by saying that I WOULD stay here again. This house was very convenient for me to visit with both my Mom and my brother's family in the area. The AC was awesome (important in Savannah), my bed was clean, my bathroom was clean and there was nothing that stood out in that arena. That being said, a little paint and some freshening up would go a long way. Both my husband and I slept EXTREMELY well - comfy beds and quiet area. Overall, I was really happy with this stay and would like to thank the owners for letting us check in a few hours early!

Though we were not in Savannah for a pleasure trip, Sylvia’s place was lovely; clean, comfortable, and spacious. I sat in the back yard in the morning in a lovely peaceful setting drinking my coffee and was very pleased we were not on a busy road or in a noisy city location. Since it was 6 minutes from our destination, it was ideal. I didn’t have to share a bathroom with my grown nephew, so that was a plus! When we met with some family members to go out for meals, we were never more than 10 or 12 minutes from great cafes and restaurants. We had my brother’s 84th birthday dinner at Troy Mediterranean Cuisine, which was perfect for the occasion and has amazing desserts. If I need a place to stay in the area, I will definitely return here.

Super convenient to Sandfly area restaurants, well stocked pantry for anything you may have forgot to bring. We were there for my son’s shotgun shoot and it’s only 5 minutes from Forest City Gun Club. Will definitely stay again! Sylvia was super responsive via text, check in/ check out was a breeze as well!

Overall a good stay. We really appreciated the available kid options such as the pack n play, toddler cot, and high chair. The linens and surfaces were clean but there were a few areas of the house that could have used a deeper clean. The carpet is very old and we stepped on some of the tack strips under the carpet…,this was probably our main complaint. The kitchen had some basics and we were able to make simple things like eggs in the morning. However there wasn’t much silverware so we had to do dishes frequently. The beds were pretty comfortable. The washer and dryer worked well and it was nice to have laundry detergent provided. The neighborhood was safe and quiet as well as conveniently located. We enjoyed some local restaurants and took advantage of Walmart just down the street.
