Our beautiful lake home is there to welcome you to your own personal retreat. Enjoy time on our large private dock, all amenities included, kayaks, pedal boat, floating pad, dock beverage fridge. Spend your evenings in our screened porch. Gas and groceries 15 minutes away. Enjoy the calm waters to nearby restaurants, rent a boat. Make family memories! Our home has been made comfortable for your stay with 3 queen beds all in private bedrooms one with an en-suite and one bunk room. Our fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, electric skillet, crockpot, waffle maker, air fryer, keurig coffe maker and coffee pot to include coffee, tea bags, sugar and creamer available to start your day off right! Gas grill with propane provided is on outside deck. Bathrooms include fresh, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers. Included wifi on our 55 inch smart TV with Directtv, Netflix and a selection of DVD's. Our outdoor BBQ grill is there for you to cook up the perfect steak as well as a grill pan if you prefer shrimp or scallops. Our laundry room area provides detergent and dryer sheets. Our fun Margaritaville themed dock provides plenty of seating and bar area with beverage fridge to keep your drinks cold while you sun and swim on our floating lily pad tied to the buoy off the dock, paddle around the cove on the 2 kayaks or make your way around the cove on the pedal boat. You might spot momma deer and her babies or one of the local bald eagles that are seen fishing quite often. We have private parking for up to 4 cars in our driveway in front of the house and just above our drive.

our second year coming down for a family vacation and it was perfect again! you can't beat the beautiful dock and the enclosed porch are our favorite! Can't wait to come back!

We had an absolute blast at Dock Daze! The location is very private. Be prepared to drive on gravel roads. But it is quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife to see. The dock is a perfect hangout spot. This is a great place for a family reunion. The bedrooms are upstairs so people can get away for a nap & communal areas are downstairs. The house was well sound proofed in my opinion. One of the best parts was having 3 full bathrooms! Such a great feature if you have a full house. Everything is stocked and very clean. Connie was great and we will gladly rent again! Tips: • Parking is as described, while the house can hold 10 guests, parking is limited to 3 or 4 vehicles. • Lots of stairs to and from the dock. Need to be able to climb multiple flights of stairs a day. • If you rent a boat, explore getting your own boating license so as to avoid having to pay for a captain. • Lots of floaties, kayaks, paddle boat etc at Dock Daze. No need to bring floaties if you need the space.

As we said we are in a quiet family neighborhood down about a mile and a half gravel private road. Big Dicks, Red Fox and a few others are close by water. Bear Bottoms, a fun family venue with water slides is located just up the lake about 10 miles. Catch live music at Boondockz, Red Fox or Big Dicks on Friday and Saturday nights. Boondockz is about a 15 minute drive by land. Don't feel like cooking drive up to O'Tommy's on Hwy 7 for some great food. Osage Beach is a 45 minute drive. Bagnel Dam is also about 45 minutes away over the toll bridge.
Parking for trailers will need to be arranged for offsite prior to your visit. Please contact Mimosa Beach which is about 10 minutes away or Boondockz to park your boat trailer or pwc trailer. You will want to park those before you arrive at the house as there is just simply no where to park any type of trailers.
