Beautiful views and very peaceful place. The surrounding area is also beautiful with lots of things to do. Owners were very responsive and gave local recommendations for everything from grocery stores to their favorite wineries and breweries.

Except for the odor in the upstairs bathroom, everything was good. Unfortunately, we received some comments on a couple of minor issues that, even though we noted them upon our initial inspection, we failed to notify the host. I assumed that the missing picture would have been obvious to the host, therefore no need to for the reprimand. This applies to the curtain rod in the bedroom. If it were me, I wouldn't have made such a big deal over such minor issues. Otherwise, it was warm, cozy house right on the lake and great sunsets as described by the host.

Beautiful views in a very clean house. Ceril and Sonja are extremely nice and welcoming. The 15 minute long driveway can be tedious, but you get used to it. We enjoyed our stay

This was a beautiful, comfortable home, very thoughtfully decorated and stocked with lake toys, kayaks, paddle board, life vests, dog crates, floaties, even water shoes!! Every detail provided for, including several TV viewing options, puzzles, and board games for a rainy day. Ceril and Sonja literally thought of everything and more to make this vacation spot a real home for guests. They responded to every email quickly, well under the hour response time they promised, and thoroughly. A previous guest had left a comment about the length of the road leading to the home as being long and very bumpy. It only seemed long on our first trip in because we couldn't wait to get there, but it was not bad or in bad condition at all. Anyway, we wanted to be at the home and on the lake for the bulk of our trip, so it was an incentive to do just that! We had a wonderful stay, beautiful sunsets, as listing promised, and great swimming and kayaking. It was everything it was held out to be.

The house and the lake are amazing. It’s a bit of a drive down a small road to get too but once you are there, it’s quiet and beautiful. Very easy to communicate and Instructions were spot one. House is one of the bigger properties and we were 10 of us and there was enough space for everyone. Would definitely recommend for a nice family vacation with lots of wineries and breweries nearby.
