Great place for a game day weekend or other events in the Bryan/College Station. We are centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood allowing you to get anywhere in town within 15 minutes. Just 2.9 miles from Kyle field! Backyard provides lots of entertainment with plenty of seating, a hot tub with tv, and outdoor games. The entire place is at your disposal. If you plan on having guest over please communicate with us. Also, quite time hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Look forward to hosting you! This is a great place just minutes from Texas A&M Campus. There are multiple sitting spaces indoor and out which makes it great for hanging out. For outdoor entertainment we have a hot tub with outdoor TV to enjoy game highlights or watch a movie after a long day, firepit with wood provided, a disc golf basket, spike ball, corn hole, checkers, giant jenga, outdoor dining and other seating and a propane grill. We have a fully equipped Kitchen. We also offer multiple T.V.s with access to local stations, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney plus. The house is equipped with a google home to play music throughout the house and allows you to play movies and cast from your phone.
