Juanita hosted very well. Communication was easy and the house was super clean! She left detailed instructions out for us regarding wifi and a few notes about the property and even provided us with ice as her ice maker was broken. This is a high quality effort from a great host. We were slightly disappointed in the location of the home due to the general location being tagged near downtown Bryan but actually being about 30 minutes north of Bryan. This could be due to geotagging, Airbnb policy and the home still being located within Bryan, Texas but I think a bit more clarity would be helpful for future guests.

Admittedly, this property is pretty far out from Bryan/College Station. But the host is so lovely - she tried to help us think of everything we might need and even helped to stock the fridge, so we wouldn't even notice or have to run into town. She was amazing - hospitality personified.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's a little out of town from Kyle field but made a great experience for my friends and I who were coming in for an Alumni weekend. 10/10 would recommend.
