This fully restored mid-century modern home is a peaceful retreat perfect for a gameday trip, weekend getaway, or a family retreat. Our home is centrally located in Bryan-College Station, and only 8 minutes from Texas A&M, close to lots of great restaurant options, and quick to the highway for getting in and out of town. The home is energy efficient and features a 12.9 kWh solar panel system, perfect for sunny Texas afternoons! We are so excited to host your group for a memorable weekend! Our whole home is available for the rental. It’s a newly remodeled and fully decorated space including a beautiful backyard with fire pit and bistro bulbs. With three king size beds, two twin XL beds, and an air mattress there are plenty of sleep configurations for your group.

We had an amazing stay at Andrew's house. It was perfect for our 2 families to hang out together. Lots of room and immaculately kept. Andrew was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is so spacious and beautifully updated. It was very comfortable with four bedrooms and 3 baths. It’s perfect!!!

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home!! We all loved the extra space this home provided and the three bathrooms, all with double sinks were a WIN for our group of Aggie Moms!! It was the perfect location for us to be able to get back and forth from campus quickly and easily. We also loved that the nice long driveway gave plenty of room for six cars to park off street at the residence. We appreciated the extra air bed that was set up in the spare room for us and the fresh home made cookies were such a "sweet" welcome!! Overall it was an A+ and we would definitely love to stay there again!! Thanks again, Andrew! You made our Boutique weekend a special time for us to have fun down-time together, too!! Our home is centrally located in the heart of Bryan. Very close to Texas A&M University, a variety of restaurants, and a grocery store less than a five minute drive away.

出行信息

The Bryan College Station area is ideal for car travel, but there are busses and plenty of bike lanes available as well. There are multiple game-day shuttle locations if you’d prefer not dealing with parking on or around campus.
