Relax by the in-ground pool in the private enclosed yard. Enjoy nights around the fire-pit. Directly across the driveway you can enjoy kayaking, sunbathing & swimming at the neighborhood beach. Within 6 miles of the home you will find the historic Sandwich boardwalk, Ocean beaches, Cape Cod Canal and more! Perfect for family gatherings! Coastal modern comfort is what I call the design of this home. Multiple living spaces so you can enjoy reading, playing games, watching a movie together late at night before bed on the 75" screen or sitting on the deck enjoying the view. Gather around the firepit with some complimentary smores! Gaze at the stars. Relax in the hammock. Enjoy outdoor dining and use of the grill. A downstairs kitchenette. Luxury coffee/tea bar! Outdoor shower to use after enjoying a day at the beach! . Fully equipped kitchen. Fresh towels and bedding. Beach towels, beach chairs, floats and beach toys all available for guest use. 3 Kayaks available for guest use. Corn hole.. Games and movies provided. All new paint throughout. Enjoy new kitchen appliances, keep cool inside with the brand new AC unit, all newly renovated bathrooms. All new furniture. Each room has a closet with a luggage rack, hangers, hooks and laundry basket. Soap, shampoo, conditioner , dish detergent, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, paper towels, napkins, aluminum foil are some of the amenities provided. Fully fenced yard around the pool. We both have to work part of the time we are there and have Xfinity for internet and have no problems with the signal, downloading, uploading, zoom calls etc.

Our group had a great time at Jennifer's place. We stayed two years ago and loved it so much we decided to come back. The house was clean, spacious and well-decorated, and so well-stocked (the kitchen especially). Jennifer was also super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Our party of nine ranging from 9 years old to 75 years old had a wonderful time staying at the Cape Escape property. This property is beautifully situated to experience the views, the beach and kayaking at Spectacle Pond along with many other local interests. The pictures of this beautiful home inside and out are true, but the vibe is complete joy. The sunroom was large enough for all of us to gather, laughing, relaxing, and enjoying multiple interests. Puzzles, game boards, cards and other entertainments are all available in this wonderful room. This home has all the comforts and amenities. The weather in early April is not always ideal but if you stay here the weather will not matter!
We had a great time celebrating our annual 31st Girls (Grandmothers) Weekend Away at the Cape Escape house. It’s the best house for groups or families! Jennifer and her husband did an amazing job making sure their guests have everything they need to feel comfortable with some luxury added in! The kitchen has everything you could think of needing! The furniture is comfortable and the beds are amazing! It’s hard to please 11 women but Cape Escape did not disappoint. The view of Spectacle Pond was beautiful and watching the Sunset laughing with my girlfriends will be a forever memory! Thank you for everything you did to make our trip a memorable one! GWA
I’ve stayed in a lot of amazing places and I’ve never said this…. This was the best Air B&B experience I have ever had. I rented the house for a few nights for a dinner for my team. There were 10 of us and they thought about every little detail of what you may need or want for a luxurious vacation stay. The kitchen was stocked better than any kitchen I have seen, every room was beautiful decorated and came with robes, slippers, extra blankets and pillows and fans. The family room was amazing for groups. The beds were comfortable, It was even decorated for Christmas which could made it even more special. The host was friendly, responsive and flexible and I will definitly be back again and would encourage anyone who is considering renting this house to jump on it quickly!

One of the only homes in this neighborhood with a view of Spectacle Pond. Perfectly located in East Sandwich with easy access to 6a to take you anywhere on the Cape you want to go!
There is no garage access for guests but there is plenty of parking for cars in the driveway. You can fit 6 cars . I would suggest the first cars that get there to back-in in front of the garage if you have multiple cars coming. We have a long driveway going up a hill.

Hello! I grew up in Philly (and Northern Jersey) and my husband Tim is from Oregon and VA. We got married in 2015 in one of our favorite places-Newport RI . We currently reside outside of Washington DC on the Virginia side. We are both full time Realtors. We have a small team Focused on helping Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Renters in the DC Metro area. We are passionate about what we do and we manage dozens of renovations throughout the year. We own an airbnb in Cape Cod that we recently renovated top to bottom with Tim doing a lot of the reno himself! We like to travel within the US and we are enjoying our third season as airbnb hosts as well.
