The location was great, the house was very clean, the bathrooms recently remodeled. Nadia was very responsive to all communication/questions. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in the Granby area.

This was a great cabin for my family of 5. Comfortable rooms and spacious . It is close to both Granby and Grand Lake with lots of trails in the area to explore . This was a great stay overall.

We had a fabulous stay! The kitchen was well-stocked with non-perishable staples and the cabin was spotless and homey! I was very impressed with Nadia and Dan's responsiveness and willingness to help.

This cabin was amazing!! We loved the small private community and REALLY loved the river flowing nearby and the beautiful mountain views from all rooms. Everything was very clean and well set up with all the basics that you need to get going. We absolutely loved the location. Close to SO many things... Rocky Mtn Nat Park for hiking; Grandby Lake for walks; Grandby the town was so cute and had the perfect places to eat or get a good cup of coffee. We loved "The Cafe" for breakfast and Grandby Garage for mojitos and dinner! Don't miss Debbie's for the best burgers and shakes ever! We went to the rodeo in Fraser which is 15 miles away and loved that town as well. Winter Park is 18 miles away and has so much to offer in the summer. All in all, we will be back to Edgewater and plan to bring friends b/c we loved the location and set up so much. Very relaxing and comfortable overall! Thank you!

The cabin was just right for our family vacation to RMNP. Clean, quiet, and well equipped, it provided everything we needed and with easy access to the park. Dan communicated well in advance all that we needed to know to make our arrival run smoothly, and we were given a heads up on the one minor maintenance issue they had at the house. It was a lovely cabin in a great little town. I highly recommend.
