What a gem! My family and I absolutely loved staying at the barn. We were kept warm with the two indoor fireplaces and very warm bedding. The outdoor fire pit and bean bags were perfectly located to watch the sunset. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos on the property dusk and dawn. And the kitchen was well stocked with lots of equipment, a gas cooktop and even a wine fridge. And finally, the barn itself was walking distance to the newly renovated Ballandean Tavern and the wonderful Bent Rd Winery. Highly recommend!

We were a multi-generational familiy celebrating my Mother's 70th birthday with a range of needs and wants - the Barn and cute little Margie the caravan was perfect for us. Ali couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up to our stay with excellent suggestions of what to do in the area, and the Barn itself was very well appointed, very clean and full of character. The sunsets and wild life and beautiful bushwalking, wine tasing and outlook were all a bonus. Highly recommend.

The Barn is a truly wonderful place - beautiful setting, inside and out. It's great for a big group, as there is plenty of space - with lots of different areas for chatting and/or eating. We had a really fantastic time here. There is also lots of different things to do nearby (wineries, Girraween, Storm King Dam etc). Ali was really helpful with giving us lots of tips and suggestions about the local area as well. Definitely keen to come back!
