This Airbnb was beautiful, very comfortable bed, immaculately clean. It was quiet. But I will unfortunately have to say it’s in a very sketchy neighborhood with a lot of homeless and drug use. Nothing happened while we stayed there, but there were times. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that a beautiful place.

Daniel was very communicative. The Bungalow is hidden from the road which makes it hard to find in dark but also private from the surrounding area. The bungalow itself was really clean and comfy, great little space!

The house is nice. No complaints. The neighborhood on the other hand is very sketchy. Nice 6ft privacy fence but that doesn't stop you from hearing the neighbors behind the house arguing and even what sounded like physical confrontations! Our biggest problem was with the host and his disingenuous communications. Nearly 2 months out from renting, we attempted to change the rental to 1 month instead of two months. The response I received was: "Michael Ok. We are good for checkout on 9 March, yes? Daniel · Host Yes check out is March 9th still. Thank you and if you have any other questions." What the host chose not to share was we would still be charged for entire two-month rental even though our stay would only be 1 month." I'm sure host will say this was all explained in the cancellation policy, but all he had to do was share that the entire rent would still be owed, I would have partially cancelled and booked elsewhere.
