It's a conveniently located house because it's situated right off the road and when we arrived by car we saw the house at a glance. But the entire inside of the house smelled so bad that it was hard to tell if it was caused by the smell of marijuana, I'm not so sure. The furniture was old and deteriorating, the rooms were poorly soundproofed, and the dog was aggressive and almost bit me.Although the tenants were friendly, I ended the bad stay early.

Sharon seemed like kind person, but house managers weren't. In addition, house was very dirty with cockroaches, unprepared for check in, unlisted dog that was aggressive and very strong stinky smell of animal feces. House managers were rude, didn't do any responsibilities and managed to blame me because of their animal behavior. None of my concerns were addressed. I totally do not recommend to stay in this place because so much work must be done to improve the house. I had to move out earlier and change all my plans. Sharon is a nice person, however she needs to put a lot of effort into fixing the house, cleaning, training the stuff and making sure everything matches the description.

Very kind host! Every issue I mentioned was remedied quickly. Extremely friendly property manager that even added premium t.v. packages to my room! Filtered water from the fridge! Adorable and friendly cat and dog. Friendly roommates. Lock on door. Spacious room with double closet! Amazing neighborhood that is walkable and safe!
