Great place for long term stays for traveling nurses. Less than a 10 minute walk to Banner Baywood Medical Center. Private bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom down the hall. 10 minute drive to US Route 60, Loop 202, & Superstition Spring Center. 15 minute drive to the ASU Polytechnic Campus & the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. 20 minute drive to downtown Mesa Close to shopping centers, grocery stores, & restaurants. Washer & dryer included with cleaning products. Bedroom is the second room on the left going down the hall straight ahead from the front entrance numbered 14. Bathroom is shared & down the hall from bedroom. Located in a peaceful neighborhood that’s near shopping centers, restaurants, and US Route 60.

I'd definitely like to stay here again! The place was awesome and fitted my every need to feel right at home.
This stay was great. Quiet, convenient, easy to get to and the bed was comfortable. Perfect for the kind of stay I needed. The workstation was great as well.
Jonathan had a flexible check-in, I did not make it into town until after 9 pm. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed. One other guest was staying there and they were quiet and very respectful while I was there.
Was very affordable for last minute. Would highly recommend

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
I recommend using a car to get around, but the neighborhood is nice to ride a bike around. Bus stops nearby and plenty of parking on the street.
