Cute, comfortable, newly remodeled, modern upstairs apartment. Great location to downtown Fruita with walking access to restaurants and coffee shops. They offered secure facilities for storing our bikes and the area’s mountain bike trails are exceptional- lots of options. We only wish we had more time to stay and explore.

This small apartment was perfect for my friend, my dog, and me on our mountain biking trip. The location can't be beat. It's a block from the main street which has multiple bike shops, a coffee/sandwich cafe, a great Indian restaurant, and a pet store with a self-wash station (a must if you ride or hike on any dirt/mud trails). The apartment was cozy, well furnished, with all you need in the kitchen to cook and dine in. The shower was amazing - great water pressure, nicely remodeled. All the instructions about our stay were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend.
