THE FARMHOUSE PROPERTY is reached by heading out of Pocklington towards Kilnwick Percy. Turn off onto a long private single track/lane. Entering the Farmstead there are out buildings, pass by these and drive through some iron gates into a private gravelled car park area, for 6/8 cars. The car park area and side of the house are open to a large garden laid to grass – with outside seating. PLEASE NOTE: The owner does live on site, and will need access to the garden during your stay daily, to maintain the Hot Tub available to guests. This is a non-smoking house. The views of low hills are fantastic on a clear or sunny day, across farmland and the Yorkshire Wolds. The property owner has a small flock of sheep in nearby fields and a brood of free range chickens - 2 small well behaved dogs allowed at extra charge. Taking the stairs up to the landing on the 1st floor there are 5 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, the 2 front bedrooms have a double and a single bed in each room. 1 of the front bedrooms has EN-SUITE shower & WC. The 2 back bedrooms are double beds only, 1 of the bed rooms has an en suite. The MAIN BATHROOM has a double-sized shower cubicle & electric power shower, free standing bath, & sink unit. Bedding & towels are provided in bedrooms for guests. On arrival milk & biscuits/cake is provided.
