It’s a beautiful antique home either lots of space for a big family! we were in town for the New year holiday and spend 3 days in the home and we were comfortable. very responsive host!! thanks for the wonderful stay!

This home is full of nuance and character from a time long ago, with beautiful woodwork, and decor reminiscent of the time of construction. We were so impressed with the antique furniture & interesting artwork. The backyard & front porch offered beautiful views of local White Haven and the mountains behind it. Unfortunately, the linens and pots/pans seem to also be as old as the house, as their quality was sub par and rather old to the point of malfunction. I must've counted at least four pans with burnt food stuck on. The cabinets smelled quite musty, and there was an insect living in the pantry cabinet, next to the sugar and spices, and when I looked in the oven's bottom storage, I found mouse droppings on top of one of the baking sheets. Despite the clean bathrooms, the bed linens on almost every bed (not to mention the top floor's twin bed pillows) were covered in pills and did not feel very soft. The air conditioners, though, were from this century! It was charming, but overpriced

A very nice place in White Haven and a great value. We were there with another family, and it was very convenient to skiing nearby at Jack Frost. Also enjoyed the history of the house and the materials organized by the owner, including old maps and a book full of newspaper clippings, that gave us some context about White Haven and its history. Our host (Terry) was very easy to communicate with and resolved any issues we had quickly and without any hesitation. Enjoyed our stay!
