Located in Old Bar on the Mid North Coast, this large entertaining house is perfect for your group getaway with 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and multiple entertaining spaces including a luxury pool (heated in winter), allowing large groups to gather together in common spaces or venturing to their own private suites for privacy. Walk to the local cafes, beaches and restaurants all located within 200 metres. Designer touches throughout, this house is one of a kind. House sleeps 17- 19 guests. The property can be one large house, or close internal doors and seperate it into sections having two large - two bedroom apartments with a guest wing located at the at the rear of three large ensuites guest rooms. Sleeping 17 with existing beds and 19 if using a pull out sofa in one of the apartments.

Overall the house was okay, yet there were several issues that concerned many of us, the cleanliness of the house was below our standards as there were cobwebs and spiders all throughout the house, this may be understandable due to the location of the house and it is reasonable for spiders to get inside, yet, if there was a cleaning crew that was tidying the house even days beforehand, those spiders would not have been there. The main house contained an excessive amount of cockroaches crawling around the bathroom sink which indicated the uncleanliness of the area and the manner in which it was kept. The furniture in the main house was not as shown in the photos, the couch had a large cover which made the overall look of it unappealing. The bedroom sets were outdated and very uncomfortable, including the mattress. The bedrooms in the main house did not contain an air conditioner which overall made staying the night uncomfortable as the weather was very hot.

Spent the weekend at Finns Old Bar with a group of friends. The property was perfect for a large group of friends and Kate was a great host!

We are in a residential area, however located in the centre of town between the cafes, restaurants and Beach all being within 200 metres away walking distance. We also have 5 tennis courts located next door as well as netball, squash, cricket pitch 2 football fields located next door.
We have four parks on site as well as a large carpark just next door for the tennis centre if requiring additional parking. All parking is free. You are able to leave the car at the property and walk to all the services you need.

After a Long Renovation our Finns at Old Bar Opened in August 2020. Our property is truely one of a kind that gives people the ultimate Privacy in a luxury retreat while being in the centre of town and 200 metres from the Beach. My husband Vincent is French and I am Australian, we have travelled extensively and Love to open our beautiful coastal property for others to enjoy. Our Property is broken up into different options with large entertaining apartments and invidual guest rooms with Private Access. 50% of our bookings are group bookings, where groups rent the entire property for up to 19 guests and the other 50% is guests just renting a room or an apartment. We are located 200 metres from the Beach, Shops, Restaurants and Supermarket. We live in the most adorable small town with beautiful landscapes. Were sure all our guests will love our area just as much as we do.
